Worst service I have ever come across, they take too long to fix my gearbox, I had a oil leak when I picked up my car was dirty smelled of oil everywhere. Guess what oil still leaking. They try to divert and said it not Gearbox its engine oil that leaking. Eventually they fixed it. When I text them to check when will the vehicle be ready after 3days it's with them. They say will be ready when I call you""

Fantastic service from Natius and his team. Natius spent two days trying to solve the problem with my Jeep transmission. It turned out to be a problem with the battery. Natius would not charge me as he said he had only scanned the transmission. What a nice surprise. I can recommend Natius and Jaques with no reservation. Rob

I received great service from Jacques and Vince. I had my gearbox repaired and clutch done at Gearbox & Diff Centre. I returned a month later with a noise coming from the clutch area. It was quickly diagnosed as a clutch fork pivot point needing grease. They have greased it for me twice now at no cost. That's good service. Well done guys. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional service received from the team at Gearbox and Diff center. While my gearbox was there for some small work they uncovered a much bigger issue. The owner then called me in to show what the issue was and we reached a solution that both fixes the problem and does not break the bank. The turnaround time was quick, and the quality of work done was great. I'd highly recommend them for all gearbox related issues.

Thank you to Gear Box & Diff centre. Very good and personal service. I took my Kia Sorento automatic to them for gearbox problems. They contacted me every day with feedback. I was there 3x times to discuss the problem and work to be done, and the owner personally took me to their workshop and explain in detail the complexity of the auto-gear box. Thanks for good service, for the effort finding replacement parts in Gauteng, and short timeframe to repair my vehicle.On completion, the owner personally drive with me a long time to explain the 'self adjust' and the auto-gear box operations.My vehicle runs as smooth as new. Jacques knows his job, is friendly and gives good advice.Vince unfortunately does not answer emails, many times does not answer the phone and gives incorrect information. He is not friendly and rude.

Was referred to them by 3 mechanics in my area, to repair my automatic gearbox. They did the job quickly. The costs was reasonable. And... No surprices or hidden costs. Upfront information was given. Thank you guys.
