I called for prices on building materials for a big project. The salesman was impossible to deal with. He couldn’t understand basic questions and midway through my enquiry he said he had to go and help a customer in the shop (he did offer to call me back but I was needed prices urgently and I couldn’t face trying to speak to him again because it was so difficult to converse with him). I certainly won’t be spending my estimated R250k for the project there! Sorry for you Cashbuild.

The mall is too small and it doesn't have essential shops, I hope they still going to build more. Only shoprite, cashbuild,Ackerman,and pep.

Poor quality service. Only one till was helping a woman for 20min. When I decided to leave, another till attendent asked me, when i was already at the door how I could be helped. I called the head office which directed me to the Sky City manager, who was not at work as well. He was as well clueless. He asked me to come back Monday 05/12/2022, yet i needed service on 20/12/2022.Your service is below average.

Worst experience in terms of customer service. I had to suffer waste of time and money because of their disfunctional internal systems. So poor for such a store

The service is the worst. Delivery of material bought took forever and each time I would call the store, I'll be told the supplier is his way, 4 days later still waiting for outstanding material and the construction work cannot proceed.So annoyed and irritated by the appalling service, no sense of urgency nonewhatsoever!
