First impressions are lasting! Waited 20 minutes at dispatch for 16 ratchets. It's not a difficult task that requires brain surgery. If staff doesn't want to be there fire them. You're not doing me a favour!UPDATE: 13 MAY 2022Nothing have changed! Again DISPATCH not up to standard! NO SENSE OF URGENCY!I will update again when I'm back for my next collection!

They have to improve their payment methods. A big company like Inufa Trading. clients cant pay with a card in this 21st century really. That delays everything and you will leave the place a disppointed client. They need to improve on this and their customer care as well.

They have cheap parts but Their staff is very rude and last but not least, they are snail slow. It took me almost 2 hours to buy 30 cargo belts
