On Spot Repairs
What a nightmare. For 5 months we struggled to get our Speed Queen repaired. Eventually the machine was so wrecked that a third party told me it was unrepairible. The nightmare cost us only R5500. 00 plus the money for a new machine. Please stay away from On Spot Repairs. They don't have a clue how to repair appliances.

On Spot Repairs
I. Randburg branch. Nigel on spot. I had to call them 5x to fix my washing machine after the original complain was only to fix the timer on my Speed Queen. The machine came back with a terrible noise. With all the money I have spent on the machine I could have bought a new machine.What a joke. Machine came back and niw when it washes it had a knock sound. Spinning the machine was like a a cat on a hot plate. Jumping all over. This is a risk using them to repair applianeces. Now will fix it myself. My sspeed quuen is beyond repair as it has also a major oil leak at the botoom of the drum.
