You gotta love some good KFC! Fresh, hot! Not too oily and the taste reminds me of my childhood! This specific branch is really really great!

Not typically regular of KFC as I feel their quality has dropped over the years.However this store definitely feels like you get better quality when compared to other branches.

So yesterday on the 25th of May 2023 at around 5pm I thought to treat my family to KFC, the chicken was nice but the double crunch burger was nothing like what it normally is. To say it was lacking would be an understatement, there were chicken breasts put on a bun with no lettuce no sauce, just crumbed chicken! To add salt to injury called this morning a few times to complain...while the first call, the call was'nt answered, second time,the call rejected or rather declined and third time still no answer! Thanks KFC Richmond for the customer service too! you should be proud

Ordered from them and had so many things missing, no coke or chips, nor extra spice and sauce which was paid for. Very disappointed

Disappointed would be an understatement, I’m so irritated by the KFC Richmond corner staff, couldn’t really get the name of the lady that took my order at the drive through however, I had to wait for about 30 minutes for me to get my 10 zinger wings and 4 dunked wings.. only for them to give me 10 dunked wings and 4 zinger wings after making me wait for so long… I went back not wanting to cause any drama trying to let go of the fact that they gave me the wrong order, I then ordered my 10 zinger wings and I STILL had to wait another 30 minutes with the ladies in front looking at me like I’m a mad person..the person after me got his order and they told me to wait again which I refused because I needed to get the hell home! I asked for my money back so they called their manager which goes by the name of AYANDA! Instead of them apologising they laughed on my way out like I’m crazy .. it was that AYANDA along with a lady called LILITHA! What a poor staff and service!

I was at the KFC at Richmond Corner on Saturday, and they were understaffed. It looked like only two staff were on duty, one in the kitchen and one serving customers. There was a string of delivery drivers waiting to collect orders. It took a while for them to take my order.

After sitting in bad traffic for ages and almost not making it in time for Takealot before they closed, we decided to destress and buy us some KFC.My husband ordered food for the three of us. I wanted a Coke Zero and while we waited for the rest of the food, I opened the drink, which immediately bubbled out of the bottle and all over my outfit. I was not impressed as we still needed to go to Sea-point and now my outfit was wet and stained with cool drink. More than a third of the drink was spilled.When my husband told the lady who helped us that she had shaken the drink as it messed all over me, instead of apologising , she laughed! She replaced the drink but needless to say I didn’t find this amusing at all.That was the first time I visited this branch and not sure if I will be returning.

Absolutely pathetic service... Ordered on their online site and waited 2 hours for our food after numerous calls to the delivery service and to the store. It also arrived ice cold and 1 coldrink was missing aswell and tried to call to sort it out and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail. Also called the customer care line and I'm still waiting for their call back.

Ordered one chicken thigh to enjoy plus burgers and cold drinks. I have never seen such a small thigh from Kentucky (hardly any meat) and it was dry and salty. Not impressed. Said they were struggling to get chicken but they still take the same money. Shameful.

I work and stay in the area, so this is the closest branch for me, and each time I say, its my last time, but yesterday was the deciding factor. The drive through is the slowest ever, so yesterday I ordered on the app, and decided to skip the Q. Ai, don't be fooled. I marked a car in the drive thru to compare just how much quicker going inside to collect would be. The car i marked was probably at home and finished eating by the time I received my order. I announced myself and showed my order confirmation on my email. A staff member acknowledged it and appeared to get my order ready. But no, he never returned and customers that arrived after me were getting their orders and leaving the store. I asked someone else to check on my order, i waited, but still nothing. After I asked to be refunded was my order eventually attended to. I ordered before hand to save time and be home before Loadingshedding But i stood about half an hour at the counter to wait for my pre order which was a burger, street wise 2 and sides for my girls. It really is not acceptable. To ask 3 times for your order and i am in sight of the counter staff at all times. Please sort out ordering process both inside and the drive thru.
