Truely love this place, the people are what make it and the coach, Warren The Grizzly Bear Allison, has ceated an environment where growth and encouragement seem to ooze out of everyone who have had the privilege to have been training here for a while and it catches on quick, so even from week one you will find it from the new beginners as well. I have trained with people from all walks of life here, and the people that stay all have one thing in common and that is a good natured, humble and supportive attitude towards training, towards each other and towards life. Whether you just want to go for some fun exercise to get fit and stay healthy and learn some good self defence techniques to have handy for that time you might need it or if you are a serious fighter who wants to go pro, this place is for you.

A truly amazing experience. All 3 my children are part of the academy. They are not only being taught mixed martial arts, but discipline, focus and a drive to achieve.
