I ordered a few platters from this store, and was assisted by Ricardo. I must say that his service was super quick and friendly, to say the least. The staff who assisted me, after he had finished his shift, were also just as efficient. Coming from a service industry myself, I am definitely sure that their small store can give the bigger stores a lesson in customer service. Well done guys

Good selection and quality of products on the shelves, especially their vegetables and freshly made dishes. Just a shame the service is so poor, you cannot even get a good afternoon or eye contact at the tills.

Close to my workplace in Greenpoint so it's very convenient. Needs to be timed nicely though when you choose to go shop here because lines become crazy long during lunch times.Other than that it's a lekker store. Parking is ample. Staff are always friendly and always make customers feel welcome with a friendly greeting.

I'm only writing this, because this Spar is very disorganised in the way merchandise is packed/arranged.I went to get four items and that exercise took around 13 minutes, which, because it's so tiny, should have taken me about 7 mins.Believe me, I'm not the only one who keeps walking up and down the isles looking for items...Messy!I sincerely hope you can improve...
