Great service excellent staff very helpful

There's a lady there who was assisting me on the 15th of November 2021 at 15:51, Liezel. She is very rude, actually extremely rude. I received a message from my customer regarding the handling of the package I sent through their store. I informed her of this as a feedback on what happened last time and that may they ensure that this time packages arrive without damage. She responded by saying it is the the delivery company's problem and dismissed me by proceeding with the order as if what I was saying was a waste of time. I don't how how they continue having such a person serving customers. She was also rude to my husband earlier this year saying that she was not in a good mood because she was given a written warning. That lady is super rude. The other ones have acted professionally when assisting , was even surprised that the male one could even write African names without requiring me to spell them out. But the lady has really left me with a bad memory of that store.

Absolutely the worst service standing and waiting while the staff is playing game to see who can get a parcel where the customers are standing and waiting to be helped WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a name badge and only to find they printed a wrong name while on the invoice it's a correct name telling me I confirmed so they cant help me like it was my mistake.poor service an thy just left me like dat.thats their hand writing name badge comes back as Mahgnke instead of mahanke

Poor customer service. Customers not serviced in order of arrival. Had a bad experience on the 4th of August.....Waiting for almost half an hour and then somebody that came after me was helped before me! Bad PostNet branch!

The whole crew are trainees no one knows much about computer work, at least have one person who has experience. They do not know simple things like scanning.

Small area, covid adherence, very busy with queues during peak hours...

The shop has a little sign on one till saying no card purchases under R50. Then when you come back to pay you have to go to the back of the queue. Jenny is not overly friendly which I can live with and I can even live with the run around but when you are on a deadline then suddenly it's not fun anymore.

The worst service I have ever experience and I still haven't received my document after 8 days plus the disrespect I had to endure disgusting i am 75years old bad postnet
