If I could rate 0 I would. Horrible experience constantly. Cashiers are so rude. Unhelpful and just plain horrible. I've been putting of reviews but it's the worst there best go to Pick N pay or you'll be standing in line for an hour. The worst SHOPRITE IN THE AREA!!! Management should do your job instead of walking around like headless chickens!

Im not happy with how they handled my situation, as i was shopping, i put my umbrella on the trolley sadly i forgot the umbrella after paying, i went back to seek assistance but one of the security lady said i can find it, but its busy at the moment u will have to come back, the other security guy told me to look in the shop, it didnt make sense, and i was sure 1 of the security knows about this, i then asked to see the manager, hoping he would atleast help me check the camera to see if it is 1 of the customers who walked out with the umbrella or its 1 of the workers, that way i would have had closure, but he sends me back to the same securities. Its so sad coz my umbrella was still new and i bought it R200,it wasnt jus an ordinary one

The majority of the workers need to be more friendly. Just because we can't speak the local languages is not a good enough reason to start being rude

Well done to Granny the admin manager. We were there earlier and she was more than willing to help us and others with everything they needed. Although it was late she was still really patient. Thanks for the service.

I hope Shoprite can read this: Your service is great although you are situated at a low cost suburb your shop is always clean and has enough parking space but please try to have the baby formula in that cage next to the manager's office, it is pretty annoying having to ask that one security officer to go and get it for me at the receiving area every time I need it. Remember you brought it to the store to sell it not to hide it at the back of house. And since that other manager moved to your Germiston store I came twice and went back empty handed.

Always have discount sales going on. Service speed and staff politeness has improved over the past few months. Great variety of food products
