Staff member absolutely amazingly friendly that assisted us

Good and rapid service when it comes to new business but extremely bad service when it comes to solving your issues. Returned a device that I bought online and first they couldn't reach the online store department and they told me to come back the following day then I tried and went straight through, the online store then instructed them to issue me an IRMS" number which they said they will SMS me later or I can wait but it takes some time and still 5 days later I am still waiting

Very unprofessional service at Cape Road, went go to MTN Greenacres and had great service

Honestly all the MTN stores suck. Staff don't want to help and they literally make business out of cheating their loyal customers. New management has run this place to the ground and I wouldn't be surprised if MTN enters business rescue in the next few years. No one I know is staying with MTN once the contracts are up

The staff working inside the store are really nice people. But MTN is a terrible service provider. I honestly hope they are a better employer than a service provider as the staff deserve better.I feel sorry for the staff as they can only do what they can within their capacity but the departments are working independently from one another and it makes sorting out problems very difficult.I do not like phoning the customer service department as it's like hitting your head on a rock. They are very slack as they are not dealing with clients infront of them and the info 80% of them provide are almost always incorrect. I do not know how they get the jobs but they need more training. I battled since October to sort out the wifi account as we had terrible coverage. Just to get to the right person to test the line was a nightmare but once there they assisted very quickly. Well done Devon! We no longer have internet but are still getting billed.I want to thank Busisiwe, Denver, Rupert and Lyal Coombs for your outstanding assistance and support. You are remarkable and I think without people like you MTN will fall.A company can only be as strong as their employees.

Poor service Have been trying to buy contract sim card for security cameras on Thurdsday 3 Nov Stil have not onbtained after numerous calls Advised today that they have to escalate call to solve problem

Great service good deals always first with the latest model phones

Every time I have been there I haven't had to wait long in the queue. The staff have been very friendly and helpful.
