If you are looking to sell your e-waste, rather sell them somewhere neither of their stuff is professional. I had to leave my stuff with them because of poor service and return 5 times with a lame response 'The boss did not come in today' 'We will check your stuff, come back tomorrow' till I decided to take my stuff back.
