It's always clean and friendly. I think the staff just gets confused with these whatsapp orders so they take forever to get your food done

I'm not happy about kfc I ordered food on the 20th of January got an sms that my order was prepared then 45 minutes later my order was cancelled and then they said I will be refunded till today I have not been refunded even after doing a follow up phone call still nothing.

This is by far the worst KFC in Pretoria. Extremely slow service and not even the entire kfc menu. It's always a time consuming, frustrating and disappointing visit.

The store was very clean and the service was quick and efficient ...unfortunately the food was a little disappointing , for a dunked burger it was very dry , its been 3 years since my last KFC experience , today was a reminder why I no longer eat there ...

Should probably have read the other reviews before trying this KFC. Previous order for delivery took forever, but thought it was due to it being a new store.Now ordered through the drive through, told they'll need 5min to heat-up new wings, only to be told 20min they're still heating chicken, because they didn't have any when I ordered.

Placed an order for delivery and I received confirmation for the order. 20 mins later got another message to meet the driver, stood there for a good 10 mins and no driver at sight. While waiting I receive a message to enjoy my imaginary crispy delicious kfc. Even after an hour I never received anything!! Had to call customer care only to be told about a refund that will only reflect after 7-14 working days.

Worst kfc in Gauteng. Gave me only 2 dry breast and 3 wings in my streetwise 5, only half a cup of the sprinkle pops and the manager doesn't want to hear complaints. I thought the reviews were harsh, but I totally get it. Very bad branch. They ask you to park on the side of the store so the store timer doesn't give them away for being extremely slow. Rather drive 5min ekstra to the next one.

Tonight the whole family was very upset with KFC Delphi. They didn’t add everything we ordered and payed for in the bag and we only saw it when we got home. They also did not even add a drop of sauce to my son’s burgers - just a dry patty on a dry bun. Terrible service. It wasn’t very busy, so there was no need to rush things. Perhaps they should give the visiting customers the same service that the Uber eats customers get. It seems that they give more attention to these orders.

If I could give this KFC 0 stars I would , the service is sooo bad. They don't have a ice cream machine, gets orders wrong 8/10 times. Forgets to give you chips. Never had chilli salt. Service is so bad. Ordered the duo twisters meal, waited more that 35 minutes only to see they gave me a classic twister instead of sweet chilli. There will be absolutely no customers but you still wait forever to get your food. They close at like 8. Worst kfc I've ever been to. Unless they somehow improve I won't be ordering from them again.
