Rude, ill mannered pharmacists who choose to ignore you even though you're right in front of them AND the only customer in the shop!!! How difficult is it to acknowledge the presence of a customer waiting with a prescription?Clicks - want to know why your shops are so quiet? Here is a prime example.Go somewhere else where they actually want your business.

I cannot even give Clicks, Watercrest 1 star! Unfortunately, it will not post my review without clicking on a star. What a joke! Service there does not exist! I have now gone 3 times to Clicks, Watercrest to collect a Pargo parcel. The staff chooses to ignore you totally. Waited around for about 20 minutes every time to get some service, but NOTHING! The staff at that Clicks must start to realise that no customers will mean no jobs. I do not even hand my repeat scripts in at the Pharmacy anymore due to the same lack of service and ignorance.

Went to get self medication on medical aid, was told to fetch it from the aisle. I did and went I got to the counter it didn't scan. I went and got another one and it didn't scan again on medical aid. Instead of trying to fix the issue they were not interested. I ended up going to dischem and had no issue with the same self medication on medical aid.

They hire the sleepiest, slowest staff behind the prescription counter.Simple prescriptions take over 10 minutes to prepare, sometimes longer. The staff goes to the back room and probably has a nap. The staff don't communicate, and just take their time as if there isn't a customer standing right there, not a care in the world.

Every now and then I buy omez capsules over the counter no issues as the pharmist said I can get a maximum of 14 tablets over the counter with no script required. Today the pharmist Philani Gwala said that cant be done and gave my husband another alternative which I never asked for. When calling the pharmacy and checking they said I don't need a script and was not sure what the issue was. This is ridiculous. Does all the pharmacists work on different rule sets. Absolutely irrate.

Not a bad place to shop, however the service could be a lot better. The cashiers were fairly rude and that would put me off and I’d rather go to dischem.
