It's affordable and the owner is reasonable, friendly and just a nice guy...Comparing prices? Well trust me, considering once a week it's proper cleaning fresh bedding and towels, you have a microwave, fridge, Netflix, a awesome overhead Fan and free WiFi so my personal opinion?... Only a spoiled Bratt or someone who deserves to be shot, would ever complain about a leke spot like this, a specially considering the price... it's quiet and no bullsht or drama... I'm quite impressed... well done...
