Place is empty and cant even get one order right! Screaming on each other in the shop. Simplest order cant even come out until they come an take you slip again to check! Very unprofessional KFC and absolute no customer service.

Great stop, but 2 stars as this is the second time I saw you jippo the system.You mark the food as ready on the display, to help your stats, but if the people want to collect, we wait another 5 minutes. What is the point...

Overall, my dining experience at KFC was fantastic. The food was delicious and satisfying, the service was excellent.

Good service here with friendly staff who are responsive and follow orders promptly.The seating and environment is clean and tidy, wich is appreciated.The main criticism centres around customers who show very little respect for the workers.Customers were observed talking down to them which in 2022 is inappropriate behaviour.Toilets are well-maintained and clean.

Service was mediocre. Portions are a joke! My 2 pieces of chicken was more like 1 and a 1/4 piece. Chips tasted like it was reheated. But maybe it was a blessing in disguise because both my wife (had a twister) and I became sick of the food with terrible cramping and upset stomach. I would give this KFC a VERY WIDE pass!

This KFC use to be very bad, but it must be under new management. I did not want to rate my experience when it was good the first time. But now that I've had excellent service and the food quality is consistently good, now I want to give it a good rating. If you order it from MrD you will see how quick they get the food ready and you can taste that it is very fresh, I'm truly impressed.

The service was good and quick. The dunked wings were very dry and not as good as usual. Hope it will be better next time!
