Johan was as good as his word. I came from out of town and he was able to make the repairs to my washing machine before I had to head on out. Friendly to boot.

I called up late on a Friday afternoon and didn't expect much since the weekend was almost upon us.My call was answered almost immediately and handled with enthusiasm. I was given some advice which I followed and my dishwasher started working again immediately.The advice I was given also helped me figure out what the root cause of the problem was and allowed me to perform a minor hack" to keep the dishwasher working for at least a few more months before a replacement is required.I think it was Johan that I spoke to and people like this always impress me. He made no money by giving me the great advice yet he did it anyway and didn't attempt to push me down a potentially expensive path. In fact

i actually forgot that i tried them before (see below) and yet again, same story: called, agreed to meet at certain time, made sure somebody is at home and nobody pitched up...AGAIN...this time i learned my lesson and will block their number to make sure i won't call them again...I would give negative stars if i could!first try long time ago:Phoned, made an appointment with time and address, left work few hours earlier to accommodate, nobody pitched up, nobody phoned and cancelled. Unreliable like other said before, glad this happened before they started working on my freezer...no second chance!

Most professional people.Fast turn around. Took my Samsung washing machine this time. Previously an ice maker, and other appliances. They also do air cons.Totally honest good company to deal with. You will never get ripped off here. Very highly recomnended.

The owner of this business is very knowledgeable and efficient. I ran all around Port Elizabeth for a common switch and nobody has any.
