If you arrive 16:05 and they say they are closed because you they have other things going it's quite disappointing.I specially if their website says they close at 16:45

They have a great product the only thing is that if you have a warranty claim you aint getting the warranty claim honored they always have a reason not to help you and you end up having to get a new part.Had a motor of a pump that failed on start up and they insisted that it was an installation error. We have installed 100’s of pumps with no problem and the one time there product fails they insist on giving us the blame.What made me more upset was the fact that they never even gave a full report on the so called installation fault. Costing us money. Needless to say we have switched to a competitors product.Sorry for your loss DAB SA

My very expensive VSD shorted due to water leak from within the unit. O-ring between casing and probe was not tightened enough. Was told by DAB this is due to the Borehole water (the very thing this VSD is supposed to be build for). Rather just get one of the cheaper other brands.
