DR Zwane is a very friendly Dr but the lady whose working at admin/reception has a bad attitude and that will chase loyal patients like us from the business i have been with Dr Zwane as our family Dr for years but after today's incident i doubt id ever go back on this day the 06 June 2019 i was called and told my son is not feeling well knowing that i am killos 'away work related' i asked the lady whose helping us at home to take my son in to be checked i was disappointed to learn that he was turned back n told his file cant be found on the system this is not the first time it happens its actually a 3rd incident, the first 2 happened while i was there &i let it slide but this time around i cant more especially in the condition my son was when turned away he was weak, crying, vomiting & coughing. whats more valuable a life of a human-being or money? this is totally unacceptable

Receptionist is very rude, and I had to wait over 3 hours for consultation.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone, waited for almost 5 hours for a consultation
