We bought a suitcase on the 15th of March and while I was packing for a trip on the 25th of March my zip broke, I took in the bag same day only for the store to tell me the bag needs to go in for repairs. Almost a month later and the bag is still not back, every single time you contact the store they tell you about the supplier. This service is honestly appalling. If a mere zip can take a month what about serious damage.
