Driving away from just getting my nails done, after my nails have been filed down to the point that they are burning, with uneven nails and gel, and two of my fingers bleeding, I honestly just felt like crying. I shouldn't have paid for this, but I did. Three days later the skin around my nails is still so sore. Please don't book here, for the sake of your nails.

I left with a bleeding finger from filing that was still healing a week later.They have extremely limited colour choices. They don’t seem to replace colours once they are finished.The nail techs are not very friendly.Good prices but not worth it.

The service I had was horrible. I had an appointment on the 15th of October. Prior to the appointment I tried to book with their online system and got no confirmation, I emailed and got no response. I called and got no answer. From the very start my experience was terrible. I booked for myself and a friend eventually getting hold of them on WhatsApp. I booked for a mani and pedi. My friend decided on the day to not do her hands after if dropped her off to get myself to another appointment. I then get a very rudely written email telling me that I need to get back and I was an inconvenience for them. I understand that changing my mind while there is an inconvenience for them as they would have had to make appointment and rearrangements however I did not appreciate the way I was treated in the slightest. There is a nice way to address a customer and what I experienced was not it. Afterwards taking my polygel nails off took my normal nail stylist 50 minutes so I’m not sure what they used on my nails. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone who values customer service.

I got my eyelashes done and was sadly disappointed. They were having a sale and I decided to take a chance. The lady was very kind but unfortunately I think she needs more training as I have gotten my eyelashes done before but this experience was not the best. The glue kept getting stuck between the lashes and she had to try get my eye to open which hurt a lot. The lashes were clumpy and stuck together with glue on my left eye and uneven but my right eye was not too bad. I booked on the same day to get them removed. I do believe this salon has hope and potential for the future with just more training to be done. Eyelashes are extremely fragile and I was worried about mine the entire appointment and could not relax. They did offer me my money back or a lash serum which was thoughtful enough.
