I received a mothers day gift from my twin daughters. The skin product and nail package. I went to use my gift voucher. Firstly I was not allowed to go to a nearest branch. That was not acceptable. Then I went to where I was forced to go. My nail job was the worst I ever had. The manicurist used the last dry drops of the gel on my nails. My nails kept catching on everything. They were bumpy and uneven. Let alone that the manicurist damaged my nails. I let my daughter take the facial as the product gave me a bad skin. I wish that my daughters never ever give me a voucher from placecol. Your staff is not well trained. You wasted our money, time, nails and face. and petrol as I couldn't go to my nearest branch. Thanks for nothing. Please don't even try to fix this. I will never come to you again. Even if its for free. You are no good. I cannot rate you at all. I have no choice to press one star. But I never wanted to give you any stars.
