Fila & Floyd's Team is the best.Since Beertjie started going to Doggy Daycare, an entire new family has entered our hearts. Beertjie loves the entire team and all his friends and he can't wait to go to school in the mornings!! Thank you Team for loving him so much and taking such good care off him. Fila and Floyd took excellent care of our cat Yuki, and really went out of their way to accomodate him as he can be very difficult with strangers. They sent us daily updates on Whatsapp with pictures and videos. Highly recommended.

Our kitties' LOVE Fila & Floyd. We are very happy to leave them there when going away and when they come back home after their stay, they are relaxed and happy. The staff is superb and very friendly. We received photos and video clips everyday which was wonderful. Best cat hotel in Pretoria!

This is the BEST run doggy hotel we have ever experienced. Initially when we dropped off our 1yr old Border Collie, Beau, (me as a helicopter dog mom) I was concerned because there wasn’t a “field” for him to run. Ridiculous. Beau comes home exhausted fromDay care from having too much fun. Water plays, ball toss, walks, and new friends - he couldn’t be happier. He starts wagging his tail from the moment we turn onto the street and drags me from the car to the front door.The ladies at Fila&floyd are the most fantastic, caring and relaxed (very important!) care takers ever. Thank you so so much for taking care of baby Beau!

I love it and my cat Maia loves it. She is very well taken care of when she stays at Fila and Floyd and they make sure to send me, much appreciated, daily updates. They also accommodate her dietary requirements and fussy diva tendencies to make sure she is well fed and happy. Maia is generally a fearful cat who dislikes strangers yet she always looks so happy there, and allows her caretakers to get close to her and even play with her which is rare. When picking up or dropping her there, all the pets look happy and relaxed. Sometime I worry that she will want to extend her vacation! You can rest easy knowing your pet is taken care of while you are away.

Amazing people with a passion for animals. They've looked after my cat since 2020 on several occasions and he's never stressed when I fetch him after a stay in the cat hotel. Highly recommended!

My dog, Milo, has stayed at Fila and Floyed several times during the last few months when I was away. Every time he is more excited to go back in than the previous. It is a huge comfort to be able to leave Milo in their capable care when need be.Thank you!
