Service was pretty good a while back, but our last couple of orders have been painful with no order confirmation, delayed delivery and no spontaneous communication (I have to ask if they received my order and have to ask about delivery dates)

Dealing with this company is slow, painful, and tiring. They will take forever to do the installation once you have paid for your order, they will blame everything on their contractors (even though you got the service from them, not knowing they would use contractors), and when you need to escalate the issues, there managers are always “unavailable”. Good luck
