Sasol De Bron

Car wash experience is no longer great nor good. Looks like I only took car in to be vacuumed and sprayed with water as by doors it's still dirty and seats were not wiped. Dashboard still has a lot of dust. I had to wait almost 2 hours for this

Went there to put in petrol. POOR service. The attendent did not bother to ask if he could check the tyres, oil or wash the windscreen. After he put in the fuel, then suddenly my fuel flat did not want to close, which was working before I stopped for fuel. I called the manager and did not want to take any responsibility from their side. The attendent knew he did something as he called ons if the other attendants to help him. The closing mechanism was broken, while the manager said it was normal wear and tear. With wear and tear the mechanism will ot break off.

Will never go back! ... Paid for a superior wash, they ruined the arm rest of my Ranger with deep scratches, tires weren't polished, neither was any of inside trims, didn't even wipe the dash...extremely disappointed

Everytime I come here I hope that the service will be better, but today was the last straw. The 1 carwash staff member that was on duty asked for help from the manager who ignored requests. Waited from 8:04 till 8:54 before someone was sent to come and help this poor soul while cars were piling up behind me.

Over the last few months I have been using this Sasol garage and the staff are super friendly and give great service. On the last visit the petrol attendant by the name of Tina even decided to quickly clean my front windows as it been raining the day before and they were a bit dirty. Great customer service like that is what keeps me coming back to a place again and again. Your staff seem well trained in that regard.

The carwash is really quick and efficient! I'll definitely be back. It's also cheap compared to the other carwashes in the area.

I went to Sasol De Bron today, 15 January 2022, to have my vehicle washed. When I pulled into the line, there were 3 vehicles in Front of me. Took 40 minutes to get into the wash bay. Earlier my to let was asked, the employee gave it a look and placed it under my wiper. Standing for 10 minutes in the wash bay, with no-one coming to help me, I noticed another employee asking the lady behind me for her ticket. He read it and placed it in his back pocket and started walking pass me. I asked him what is happening and he replied that a lady is coming to help me. It then became obvious that the staff are hunting tips!! I only wanted a Wash & Go, hence not much work. If the staff of Sasol De Bron is paid so badly or so greedy, how safe will the contents of your vehicle be? I left the wash bay and drove around to the cashier. I have her my R50 token and told her she can keep it as clearly money is more important than good client service. I will never return to Sasol De Born and will tell all my friends and family in the area to stay away. Pityfull service. If I could the remove the 1 star, believe me I would!!!

Just had my car washed there. Paid for the superior wash. One staff member was friendly enough to help out with the small blemishes in my paint. But my car was not washed fully and done half. It's supposed to take up to 50min for the wash and it took them less than a half hour. I've still got dirt on the outside. Car wasn't dry properly either. Bumper is still full of dirt. They only vacuumed the inside and didn't even polish. Not happy at all with the wash recieved. Won't be going there again. I also bought a Breakfast croissant that had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on that was pushed to the front so it looked full and a little bit of cheese. Unhappy with service won't be recommending.

Vincent gave us the best service I have ever experienced at a petrol station. This has now become my new main garage because of his service.
