I had the worst experience with this company. They are disgusting to deal with. They have no respect for students (who are paying them the rent). They don't get back to your emails and I had to fight to get a portion of my deposit back from them after their illegal attempts to steal it from me.They should try to treat their clients with a little bit more respect! I will NEVER use this company again, nor would I ever consider using their services to rent out my own property.

The agent never showed for inspection and I was charged for missed inspection. When confronted she claimed to be at the gate and used the buzzer... thing is, my complex didnt even have a buzzer. Would not recommend them at all.

I recently needed to cancel my contract but found a suitable replacement to take over my lease and despite not making any loss the agency still charged me 4000 rand penalty fee while charging the new tenant an administration fee of 1000 rand.Besides that the service is generally very good.

Probably one of the worst agency’s we’ve ever encountered. We had to beg for an inspection, had to pay for rent for 2 months during which we weren’t able to occupy the flat due to construction, was told the flat was cleaned despite there obviously being no attempt to do so and with the agent not being any help whatsoever concerning anything related to the flat. Would not recommend to anyone.

This was by far the most unprofessional agent I have ever worked with. I wonder if her principal knows how she handles customers, or if they are only chasing targets. She was pushing extremely hard for contract closure and deposit payment as if it was our only option in the whole of Stellenbosch. We then had to cancel and gave her 6 weeks notice and had to find a replacement. Her attitude was very bad, she just had to remind us of their legal terms, as if we did not read their contract when we signed. Watch out for all those terms! My wife found a replacement tenant and should have claimed the R5000 laughable admin" fee. Even the new tenant immediately complained about the agents pushy

Great service from the consultant lady, even though I didn't get what I was hoping for, she went on to give me a list of other agencies that could help me..

This is the worst real estate agent I have ever encountered. Avoid it at all costs.Where do you see an agent arrive 12h45 for a 13h00 inspection appointment and then doesn't even knock on my door, then they decide to leave even before 13h00. Needless to no inspection was done. Then when I went to their office, the agent started arguing with me and claimed that she was there from 13h00 until 13h15. I stood in the middle of the road at that time... nobody was there. So she accused me of lying about these facts.An absolutely horrible experience.

Great customer service and lovely people.

Not a professional company at all.did not correspond with me the parent.charged so many fees when lease agreement came to end .lossed a chunk of my deposit .claimed to have gone in to deep clean .yet a domestic was hired to clean thoroughly. Of a 4 bedroom place each student had to pay inspection fee of R400 terrible .i did tell them i will not recommend them to any parent using this company .Their service is pathetic including the agent who supposedly worked in our best interest.

DEPOSIT BULLIES - There is a reason they have poor reviews on google.I typed out a long story of how this was a horrible experience with neelsie properties and essentially was a victim of deposit abuse and so forth but it went on and on. Look at the reviews yourself, if a company does not have five stars on google then you know to avoid them. Every other 5 star review was from a friend or relative you can see.
