Quite disappointed with the service of this company. I'm looking for tiles for my walls and floor equivalent to around 340sqm in total.I walked in, nobody even greeted, all employees sat at their desks and watched me walk past. Salesman was on the phone, completely ignored us. Terrible and pathetic way to conduct business.

I returned some items on 28 May and was promised by Sharlene that I will be refunded via EFT on Monday 29 May. I phoned them back every day and they say it has been done but by 05 June I have still not received a refund and I am not sure if I will ever see a refund. Other tile companies that I did a return on the same day and one paid me cash immediately and the other did an EFT within 3 days. If Cas tiles have done a refund then they must be with a bank in some other planet as it takes over a week to credit my account. Be very careful when you return stuff to these guys. I could not give them minus 5 stars so had to give them one.

This store has an excellent product range as well as variety of items to choose from. Service was decent, could be a little faster. But overall very good store I would recommend them for most renovating requirements: tiles, exquisite bath tubs, taps, bathroom vanity cupboards,etc. Extremely neat and tidy.
