Heidi's Place Guest House

I booked the place for 16 adults for a weekend and God the place is so nice and clean... I really do not have much to express how happy I am but I'm satisfied,that makes my group as well.To the lady that owns the house, shut out to you and your lovely character.I wish you well in your business ❤️

We arrived late but the staff was friendly and accommodating and left early the next morning. Rooms were clean bathrooms HUGE and spacious and the coffee station had rusks that was delicious. Will definitely make use of this place again for an overnight

My review is based on Simon. Wow, wow and wow again! This young man understands what customer service is. We are still there at the time i am writing the review. My father was critical in the hospital and i just loaded up our pets and came from Frankfort. I searched online and called at around 22h30. He was wide awake and helpful. When we arrived a few minutes before 23h00 he was ready and waiting. Simon was courteous and welcoming. Not enough yet? Now hear this. On Sunday morning we rushed off to the hospital. My Dad was crossing over. He could rest and kept sesrching for something. I called Simon with a weird request. Please make a short clip of the brown and white dog Lucy, my Dad was searching for his beloved pet. He did this with a generosity of spirit i have never experienced before. When i asked mymy Dad to see the clip his eyes immediately went to Lucy and he visably relaxed. Not too long after he peacefully drew his last breath and stepped over. This little act of kindness can never be appreciated enough. Simon, you Sir, are a gem. Thank you very very much.

Good Day.... I am sorry and I am dissapointed that the Truth of my review and experiences come not right to you..... We stayed for a whole week at Heidi's Place Guest House..... We enjoyed it there and that was the reason why we stayed there...!!!! Even my photo's I put on my review for the people can see how peacefull it is there.....!!! I said also that even the guesthouse is on the emergency side of the Hospital.... It WAS VERY QUIET....!!! THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE AND THE OWNERS..... ALL OF THEM WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.... !!! Genuine We had no Complaints... only nice things to say..... My wife have grade 4 Cancer and she liked that quietness and peacefullness there.....!!! We tell many people about that guesthouse....!! Thank you......!!

Cleaning staff was very friendly, but the owner and reception, big no, no. There's no smoking signs, then the owner sits in the dining room, smoking, right next to the no smoking sign. The children, playing by the swimming pool was also a problem. Will unfortunately never advise people to stay there. The owners walks around with their unfriendly faces, making you feel unwelcome.

I tested everything except I didn't use the shower (No specific reason).I was really impressed. There was a clean swimming pool, a few meters from my door but what I found the most interesting about this swimming pool was that it had 2 BIG inflatable tubes (adult size) pumped up, already floating and ready to be used by adults or children. It just shows how much effort they put into making your stay pleasant & enjoyable. This proves that Great acts are made up of small deeds"What I enjoyed the most was the cool air-conditioning in the room.I see the owner rated their guest house as a 2 star but it's definitely incorrect. Rooms and service were perfect, friendly and they have nice playground for the kids. They are also suppoting local business their breakfast is pre_pack by independent local business lady

I have been staying here for many years for 2 nights every month. I feel like family. The management and staff always go the Extra mile. I have found Heidi's Guesthouse always clean and have always been given a room with air conditioning when I have asked. The price per night is unbelievably cheap. I would highly recommend Heidi's if you are wanting a home away from home. I love the warm feeling of this guesthouse compared to a lot of cold and extremely more expensive places that I have stayed. Thank you Heidi's Guesthouse management and staff for always going that Extra Mile for me. x

The staff are friendly & helpful. The room we stayed in was neat & clean, & surprisingly had a four plate stove & oven.Beds & pillows not comfortable. The lighting in the room was not good at night. The door to the room was not easy to close/open & lock. The faucet in the kitchen did not provide water continuously when it was open. The water would stop flowing while in use.At first glance it looked nice but I was disappointed with some of the facilities in the room, especially since reviews were pretty good for the place.
