I took my child for vacination on 7th of January 2019 the securities were very good the nurse staff was unable to help me with the information i wanted instead she was busy on watsapp, the approach was very poor, she said to me how can i help i am busy then i explained to her, she replied that i must go to the doctor bcz these no medicine, unfortunate ly she didn't have name tag but she's the only coloured nurse at clinic, her attitude towards me was very bad
