Unyati Safari Lodge

Our stay was horrible, infact if we had not fully paid Unyati we would have left for another place in the still of the night. The Assistand General Manager Elri, shes not supposed to be in the hospitality industry. Its not her place, she was so rude to us.

If tents are your thing, then this is it. Food must be improved as nowhere else to go. Far from nearest town, Malalane. The potholes too and from are unacceptable. Better to travel on side of road as taxis do.

Great place, the tent experience was exciting for us. We eetr hosted by Antonio and I say he went over and above to help us find places to visit. The staff are so friendly and always smiling. I'll definitely be coming back soon

Not too much to do at the lodge , but it is clean, comfy and scenic. We stayed in the chalets Good proximityfor entrance into either crocodile or malelane gates

The safari tents are very nice and upon arrival being welcomed by friendly staff and receiving welcoming drink and face cloth is really nice. The dinners were also very nice but that is about where the goodness stopped....No quick coffee or tea/water available inside the tents only in the main lodge, so after a shower or early morning wake up I cannot enjoy a coffee in bed and the tap water is distastefull (which I understand as it is borehole water, but please supply bottled drinking water for guests)Music and partying from a bikers group who stayed the weekend at what is supposed to be a tranquill bushveld stay was a bit irritating.. evenmoreso was waking up at 23:00 to the managers sons friends, who also stayed the weekend, screaming and talking so loud and using the most foul and provane language ever in the tent behind us! This only stopped at 2:00 in the morning!This is supposed to be a nice bushveld breakaway for which we paid A LOT of money which could've been spent rather nicely somewhere els! Will never see us again which is rather sad as the staff is very friendly and the place itself looks very nice..

Very friendly staff. The Manger Calvin was so much help as I was wanting to surprise my partner. I loved the interaction with animals, them roaming around our tent. It was beautiful. Loved it. The Food oh what a wow, well done to the chefs.

Not a good experience. It's OK for just a sleep over place, but not for a get away. Biggest problem was that there's no coffee in the tents.
