Excellent service received from Marchant and very happy with my new couches. The quality of the couches are better than coricraft couches I have owned as they are very well made!Would recommend them to anyone with small kids as they will love them just as much as our boy!

A good service from the Shop and thanks to Marchant, I have a tailor made bed according to my own specifications. A happy customer, nice furniture for a reasonable price. Did Online shopping and got the goods that I ordered.

Dissatisfied. Items advertised are not available. They do baiting "to get you to the store. Very unhelpful staff. We wasted our time and petrol going there. I expressed my disappointment and dissatisfaction to the unhelpful staff who had a " no care" attitude. This is the first time that I have posted a bad review of a business

I wanted to express my gratitude for your help and support today 23 June. Your help was appreciated.Our service experience with you were excellent. Only negative experience were delivery time. You are a wonderful company, good workmanship, good priced beautiful furnisher, friendly service - for people to own good furnisher without high price tags. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, give more attention to delivery times. We know Eskom boikot your intentions to delivery times, but rather extend delivery dates rather dissapoint them which becomes a trend with all companies in South Africa afraid losing business. People see public reviews and if your cannot hold up to delivery times they rather go for paying a few dollars more where delivery is guararteed.May you be blessed.

So far absolute horrible service. Ordered couches almost 3 months ago. After the initial 6 week wait (we were told 4-6 weeks), they told us that the supplier closed down and sending order to new supplier which would take another 4 weeks. It's now 5.5 weeks later and we still have no couches. Every time we phone we just hear 'tomorrow' but nothing happens. No proper feedback. 3 months waiting time is just BS!! Will never order anything here again.

Ensure they do not order from their supplier if you cant take immediate delivery let it pass. Very poor service will not recommend them at all.
