Samsung Experience Store - Clearwater Mall

My very bad, horrible recent experience has lots in common with other poor reviews previously posted by others. Rudeness personified. Customer service went there to die.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at Samsung Clearwater Mall once again. On May 6th, I brought my phone in for inspection due to a crackling sound that occurred during playback or phone calls. They accepted my phone and on May 11th, Cecelia called me to inform me that they had identified the issue and ordered a replacement speaker. She assured me that they would call me once the phone was fixed and ready for pickup. The next day, on May 12th, I received a call stating that the phone had been repaired and was ready to be collected. However, when I went to retrieve the phone on May 13th and tested it, I discovered that the issue persisted unchanged.Frustrated, I decided to return the phone on May 15th. The staff member there informed me that they had conducted a diagnostic test, but the report showed no problems, and therefore, no action was taken on the phone. There are a few important points to note: Firstly, when I initially handed in the phone, I specifically mentioned to the staff member that the issue occurred randomly. Secondly, Cecelia had confirmed that the speaker would be replaced. Lastly, on the Samsung members app, I came across a post from another individual who also complained about the same crackling sound issue.It is quite perplexing that I cannot identify any specific triggers for this problem, and it is impossible for me to replicate it on the spot. Given that my phone is only three months old, I am uncertain about the next steps that should be taken.

Impressed with the level of honesty from employee. My son dropped R100 note and we went back 45min later to find out if he had dropped it in that store and my son was ecstatic to find his money. Thank you so much. May you be blessed abundantly. Not only a great product but great people too.

I went 5 different Samsung stores looking for a phone. This one not only had it, but the management and staff were ultra accommodating. They provided me with great service and allowed me ample time to transfer my data from my old phone to new phone. Manager/owner even stayed pass operating hours to ensure I don't return. I highly recommend this for any purchase you wish to make.

booked in my Zflip on he 9th April to fix the microphone, we going to 2nd month now , no feedback, every time i call am being told they are waiting for parts, i am extremely disappointed, no one calls back as promised, should have booked that phone with telkom, but no, thought it will be quicker doing it with the manufacture, the worst service every- they will ask you to send an email to tellus@samsung or something, and you get Nora who has no idea what she is doing as well. not even sure if i will get my phone anymore, should have read the reviews about Clearwater centre...

I think its easier to get someone to help you in a cemetery, seems chatting to one another is far better than assisting customers

Just paid my preorder of the S23, Kedibone has topped it with a next level service experience on her off day she drove all the way to my office with a speedpoint just for me to make payment. I hope her manager and Samsung realise what an effort she has made to make this happen for me. Thank you Kedibone 20 stars to you!

The service provided by Samsung Clearwater Mall is extremely disappointing. I brought my phone in due to speaker issues, but was informed that they do not perform assessments on the same day and it needed to be booked in. After booking, no reference number was given. A few days later, I called and was shocked to hear that the turnaround time had been increased from 3-5 days to a whopping 4-6 weeks, something I was never informed of. It's impossible for someone to go without a phone for such a long period. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not reading reviews before choosing this service center. I only selected it because it was the closest one. Could someone please investigate this matter? I purchased the phone in February, and it's only been four months, but I'm already having issues with the speaker.

Must be the worst Samsung store I've ever dealt with. Fast on selling you there product but don't give after sale service
