Thabang was very rude and have no communication skills. The manager had to take over and assist as everything was not done right. My phone is 30 days old and have a problem, Cell C have no loan units to assist with and have a bad attitude about it as well. My first experience with them was great but this one was unacceptable.

Horrific, no respect at all for bereaved customers simply trying to cancel the account of a deceased person. Manner offhand, even amused, misinformed client who simply wanted to close the account of a deceased person. A most disappointing experience!!
