Today I walked in and the sales guy was pitching his speech...I tried to tell him that I was just browsing but he was determined to carry on and even with my back to him he continued. I cannot be bothered to be harrassed like this so I walked out....I just wanted to shop in peace ....

A great Cape Union Mart at a small shopping centre. Usually branches at smaller malls have less and limited stock, but this branch has everything you will ever need without having to walk kilometres from your parking. The customer service here is second to none.

Terrible customer service from the assistant manager Charmaine. Sent in a Garmin watch for repairs. After following up weekly in the last three weeks I get told by Charmaine to phone Garmin and not the store. Happy to take money but when you have a problem they are not interested. No customer service at all.

Bought an oregon weather station ( apparently their last one) only to find on arriving home it doesnt work. The included batteries were flat. This was a used demo as the plastic strip from the battery contacts were missing. What a waste of time and petrol to return the unit for a full refund because of them not checking the units batteries.
