Manager Caroline has little to no knowledge on how to handle customers with completely no descalation skills.......i love mochachos food but will not set foot in the Key West branch.......the owner should be made aware of how incompetent his managerial staff is.

Pathetic customer service. The manager doesn't know how to deal with or resolve customer issues, rather promote the cashier, she has more sense on how to treat customers. Overall disappointing!!!

Very poor management. Gross food.We complained about our burgers, that were warmed up (garnish and all) in the microwave, and said we will not be paying for them, only to be told that if we do not, the kitchen staff would be made to pay for our food. All the while being referred to as 'love' and 'lovey'.Shocking, shocking, shocking!Please spend your hard earned cash somewhere else.

im very disappointed with Mochachos bedfordview last week I ordered chicken strips they were so dry and hard to chew.today we ordered the rice and chicken strips soooo dry so uneatable

Addicted. That’s definitely the only way I can describe how I feel about Mochachos. Their food is soooo good that we have had it for 3 days in a row. A large variety and at great prices. This is also definitely the best branch out there. A huge win!!

Terrible customer service, the staff is rude and the manager as well.. I even had to walk up to the register multiple times to ask about the food, the Buns I had ordered because they wouldn't come to my table and manager kept smoking outside and very rude to us when we complained ..Just awful awful service

By far the worst Mochachos there is!! Staff are rude. Manger is an absolute Knob. They don't make their meals any where near the same as other Mochachos do. They argue with you when they get your order wrong. The food is always cold and soggy. Then the manager still had the cheek to tell a person to leave and not come back. Stuff that, I will not stand for this disgusting customer service!!!

Awesome vibe and food.Lol do not get the extra hot unless you're beast material. Nonetheless, awesome atmosphere and grend joint with friendly staff. Loved it.
