I do not recommend this repair store, I personally had my phone repaired with them at once where I putted down a deposit and when I came for collection there disputed with me, ended up not getting back my deposit and phone. It's funny but it happened.

I just love this store!!! so much respect from the beautiful ladies in thefront and such amazing service from Irwin Naidoo.Overall great experience to deal with them.

Pathetic! Bought something which didn't work took it back for a refund and was told money would be deposited into my account. After two weeks nothing after going back there all the poor sales lady could do was apologize for the person who is the supposed manager who like a coward hid behind the prefab wall and refused to face me as a customer despite me requesting to see them. All he does is tell the sales assistant to give me a cash refund. Own your errors that what a good manager does instead of sending the pretty face to apologize on your behalf.

My experience has been extremely poor from iDoctor. Do not recommend at all. Rather use weFix who are very professional and reasonable. iDoctor still have my phone after 2 years with every excuse you can think of why my phone has not come back from the repair center.

Poor service, unprofessional and the quality of parts is poor. Irwin replaces parts without first checking if his customer is okay with the alternative parts being used. Irwin also replaces parts that you didn’t ask to be replaced, nor was that part broken before dropping of your phone. He ignores calls and doesn’t reply to calls he has missed. Nor does he call when he says he will. My advice is to use someone else.

Absolute worst service ever. Use at your own risk and hope it works, as after sale service is non-existent. Bought a phone screen cover. Took it home, took the adhesive backing off and the whole thing shattered. (as it was obviously being held together by the film) Phoned and asked if I could come in and show them and replace it as it was obviously faulty. Woman cut me off and told me that I broke it and it's my fault. She did this over the phone without seeing the cover. I explained to her that I replaced many screen protectors in my life and I know how to do it, only to be told again, that it is my fault and that there is absolutely no way that their inventory can be faulty. Again, without even looking at the cover.Sorry guys, but if this is your attitude towards customers, once you have their money, then you don't deserve to be in business.

Worst service I’ve ever received. They lied to me and kept stringing me along for a long time to get my screen repaired.
