From bookings to welcoming me to the treatment and than aftercare, professional and friendly, a warm welcome as I walked in at the door. and the massage and facial was amazing, the therapist's professional and receptionist , the spa was clean and neat, music soft not to loud it was a lovely relaxing ambiance . Highly recommend this spa.

Flew into the Mother City and needed a massage treatment along with a face refreshing facial after lengthy work days previously.I was very impressed by the clinical and sanitary environment and the ambience of the medi-spa, that i, decided to indulge in a few extras to get some sorely needed boost in my appearance.For those who are not in the know, this Medi-Spa is fantabulous.I spent too much money there.I enjoyed every bit of it.I fell into a deep slumber during the massage, maybe i needed it. maybe it was just that good.My foot peel was wonderful, it removed so much rough skin. I was ticklish, but wow!I won't be wearing my favourite sandals too often in public for a while after this. I see what damage sandals do to my soles.My feet pumiced and polished to perfection. Like a baby!The facial. I have oily skin. I mean i really struggle with it.Their facial treatment with their line of products just revealed how important a professional treatment is, compared to pharmaceutical products we buy off shelves. Its like night and day.The therapist was enthusiastic to provide me with an indepth regiment to treat my oily face, i purchased products from them.Im glad i did.I travel across South Africa regularly. Perhaps i am a veteran of these wellness spas.Been there, done that.This spa is an absolute worthwhile venue to get your groove back into the space you need.I will most definitely be returning when i creep into the Mother City again soon.Definitely worth my writeup here, and my 5-Star review

Thank you Avanzate Staff for the awesome service.As always ienjoyed all my treatments thoroughly. My feet & hands not only look great, thy also feel softer and look brighter. Once again Thank you for accommodating me with the laser at the 12th hour like always, much appreciated.. I did laser before and only seen results after the 15th treatment. Noticed hair is not growing back in certain places & ive only done 4 treatments so far.Thank you Guys for the awesome service and treatments

May parents were sent to have a lovely relaxing session which turned out to be the beginning of daily dressing of his damaged feet. The peel that was applied to his feet was obviously left on to long and ate through his skin. The manager" doesn't want to say what was applied to his feet or never said why his feet had holes in it

Had a great experience here. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The massage was outstanding and everyone made sure that I was taken care of. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Absolutely my best spa in De Waterkant, both my visits have been nothing but the best experience, professional service, clean and modern facilities, staff always willing to go the extra mile.Treatments are always within the allocated time frame with therapists always giving good advice on their products.
