Visited the store on 08 Nov 2020.The front looked neat but as you went to the back, dirt was lying on the floor.The Build-a-Bear section was in a mess.

Unbelievably poor service.I was visiting the store and was infront of the queue waiting for someone to call on me. But apparently the staff think it more important to chat with each other than to talk to a customer. I left my product and the store. Will not be returning.

Love this place for main stream toys - the Brooklyn Mall's Barbie, AGD, Lego and Build a Bear selection is fantastic as well as many others - Toy Story, Paw Patrol etc etc... staff are always friendly and helpful. Wish the space was bigger so they could stock even more fantastic toys! Love the loyalty programme!
