If I died as a kid and went to heaven, Toys R Us would be it - heaven. It's a such a dream! Some things are a bit on the pricey side but the quality more than makes up for it. Pretty cool store.

I'm very disappointed since we are waiting now for more than n month for baby joy number 6 nappies and they just don't get stock. We have to pay now 70r exstra to courier it for us from a other shop.

No one helped me with the toddler bed o bought and at the cashier said if it was a white person they would have came running to assist me. I was with my 2year old and 5 year old and had to pack a toddler bed and 2 mattresses!!!! Very poor service indeed!!! Never go there

My son in law bought two pairs of roller skates for R1000 for both. Surprisingly the 2 babies he bought them for were with him in the shop, but the sales ladies in there told him that the kids are not allowed to fit the skates. This is a woman who should assist a man and was able to see that the skates are small, but instead le Jim buy small things. The next day day when my daughter returned them for an exchange, the same lady refused to accept them saying that they are dirty. They were not even 24hrs out of the shop . I am so dissappointed
