Bag Drop

Incredible service for storing luggage. We had 6 hr gap between hotel check out & airport check in, so Bag Drop was the perfect way for us to continue travel exploration without all the heavy luggage. Easy process via WhatsApp to enter a pick-up time & place and drop-off location.

Fantastic service, used twice during a short stop in Cape Town before a cruise…. Pick up from the airport, dropped off at accommodation and all on time…. Same a few Days later……. Lucky to have Kyle on both trips and top top service on both occasions…. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing service I didn't know existed. Had to check out at our Airbnb at 10am and flight wasn't til 8pm and Bag Drop came and collected our two bags from our accommodation, stored them all day and dropped them off at the aiport on time. So nice not to have to lug our heavy bags around all day. Need them in every city!!

From booking to drop off, this overall service was beyond gmazing. I needed to store store by bags in Cape Town to visit Johannesburg for a few days and I couldn't have picked a better provider. Very responsive and fast service adjustment as I needed to reschedule pick up and drop off times. Highly recommended.

At first my group was a little skeptical about using Bag Drop/ a bit suspicious that the business only had 5 star ratings. However, after doing some sleuthing and seeing that the reviews seemed to come from real people, we decided to give it a try and I am so glad we did! Bag Drop was so responsive, efficient, and transparent that after using their services for a few days during our vacation, we ended up using them again for bag airport transport on our final day (this made our final day much easier and more enjoyable as we did not have to lug our bags around all day for our night flight after our morning AirBnB checkout). I travel to Cape Town for work sometimes and will be recommending their services to all of my colleagues. I highly recommend this service without any reservations.

Very impressed with the service we received. From booking for bag collection, to the bag being collected on the day. Everything was smooth. Our bags were brought to the airport on time. Love that you are able to carry on with your day with no luggage if you have a late flight but an early checkout at the hotel. I definitely recommend their services and they are very affordable
