Great , Efficient Service From Collin , hassle free sign up , and I was able to move in same day

I'm changing this review because this company is a bunch if thieves!You will NEVER receive your deposit back. They will use ANY excuse to steal your deposit!I removed the locks from the empty storage unit on the morning of the 1st after giving them more than a months notice, now they say that they need to keep a whole months deposit because I didn't come and remove the locks a few hours earlier.Stor-Age is a bunch of THIEVES!

UnprofessionalI did make contact with the store manager (Colin) on numerous times. Was a customer at the store for the last 4 years. Last month was the last straw and after being ignored, simply went down the road to your competitor and moved away from you store.

I heard about them from my brother who emigrated to the UK and I was just coming to check it out but we had a first contact resolution. Touch was very professional but not too serious. He showed me around and explained everything to me in detail. I’m very happy with his service, he is also very patient because I had a lot of questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

From the moment I arrived on a Saturday, the friendly security guard went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their kind demeanor and helpfulness really set the tone for my entire visit.I was also impressed by the follow-up calls I received from Touch, the customer service was exceptional and consistently friendly and reliable throughout my experience. It's clear that these two gents take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.Overall, I highly recommend giving this establishment a try. The outstanding customer service from the security guard and Touch left a lasting impression on me and I'm happy to continue supporting them. Wonderful customer care and follow up. Very helpful and they all go above and beyond to make sure the products were safely stored and I was happy. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs reliable and good storage, with added customer service excellence.
