I bought some downlights a while ago, the electricians had issues with the earth pin and Illumina were quick to send through all documentation and assist with the queries on site. Lovely bunch of people to work with. I will use them again for other projects.

Expensive lighting but extremely low quality - glass cracked around the fitting spontaneously, it happened to 2 out of the 3 lights, we then removed the 3rd one before it also reached its demise - no warranty and very poor support/help with no feedback, 8k down the drain and now i have to replace the lights and fix my oak counter ....... if i knew this i would of opted to buy R1000 pendant lights from Builders and replace them ever so often

Illumina lighting is the most beautiful lighting shop I have seen in a very long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful with great advice on interior lighting. The lights at Illumina are always in style, and I just love that there is always something new each time I visit.
