I opened a membership in 2014, played a handful of times. I got injured and stopped playing in 2015 .... I forgot about my membership and direct debit. They never once contacted me to renew my membership. It ran until I spotted it by chance coming out of my account in Aug 2021. I did enquire and ask for a partial refund given they never communicated with me. Clearly I was never playing. I'm sorry but that is unprofessional to claim unused membership fees for so many years.

The community is amazing, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Operating hours are really accommodating. Courts are in really good condition. The booking process is so easy. And best of all, the membership cost is really really affordable, especially for students. I'd highly recommend you become a member. It can only benefit you.

Not only are covid protocols strictly observed it's a wonderful atmosphere. You get a wonderful friendly reception that provides great customer service but the facility is in great condition and the courts are well maintained.
