Went to swop out a kettle that was no longer working. After having to pay more than what originally was quoted on we decided to cancel the swop and get a refund. According to SMEG no refunds are allowed which is a ridiculous statement!! Forced to take a kettle that we no longer needed.

Shield chemicals are the best chemicals in the world . I always use them , no effort is needed if you are using them , for example car wash shampoo, deegreser, mirror plate body polish , tyre shine etc. Shield company keep doing good work .
