I have bought and paid in advance at one of the dealers of this company (Furniture Deport) for chairs to be manufactured by Seating. I was told that the lead time was 20 days for the manufacture of the chairs however it took more than 40 days to arrive.The chairs are extremely comfortable and of very high quality. If the service was better they would have gotten a 5 star rating.==================================The above was my original comments against the 3 star rating that I have given them. However, I have now changed my rating to 5 stars based upon the following:About 6 months after the purchase I noticed that on one corner, the stitching on the fabric came loose on one chair. I contacted seating and their salesperson brought me a loan chair of the same quality and took my chair away to be repaired without any questions asked. The repair was done very professionally and the chair was returned.All of this at no cost.There are very few companies that provide this level of after sales service and I highly recommend their products and will buy from Seating again.
