Made an appointment, followed up with WhatsApp confirmation, but they didn’t show up. Checked with the office, was told that the appointment could not have been made for that time, (even though we had written proof) and they were on the way to us. When they still didn’t show, we called again, to be told that they were on-site already. They couldn’t be because I was there still waiting for them. We cancelled and used a more reliable and responsive pool service.
