Absolutely disgusted by the service (or lack thereof) received at Sassa Eersteriver. We have been sitting here since 07:30 in the morning and we have still not been assisted. There is no clear indication as to where one must line up for a specific service. It is now 15:30 and we are told we need to come back on another day. The officials in this office work extremely slow, appropriately 10 people were assisted throughout the day. No one bothers to adress customers, there us no communication or customer service at all! We asked for the manager and we were told that they are in a meeting. Disgusting service!

So disgusted in this service, went there last week Wednesday for child grant, which they said come back the Thursday, who has money everyday for traveling up and down. Went back today 27/10/2022 to find out they just working on appointments, we were put up in the non appointment like waited a couple of minutes to find out again they can only help us 29th Dec, pathetic. You call their number no one is picking up their phone.

This place is a joke and wast of time the stuff cant answer questions.The have no people skills and have no plans and coordination to run the place and the manager is rude and ignors you when you want to ask him something and want to talk.This place is a joke

Can not rate. Waiting for 3 weeks for official to visit us as my wife is disabled. No answer on telephone. Have been trying for 3 months just to change our residential address and to do a review of our lower amount of income. Have been advised by other SASSA ofices that I have to visit this office.

Its an absolute disgrace that no one answers phones or emails. Im sure there is no one working. There can be at least one person who answers phobes and emails.

The most unfriendly disgusting place with rude and incomponent people. I sat there from 6.00 till 16h00 and when it was my turn the lady refuse to help me because it is time to close. I have to ho back the next morning. And she is incompotent to do her job, dont know the difference between an annuity and an asset. So in that case the calculations is incorrect but I will go back asap. And i will take this cash e further. Once again i had to go to this horrible place with the rude people. Cant believe there is such a place with such people.

I have been calling this office since Tuesday. I have been calling every half hour. My call was eventually answered, the line was putrid, I was told their lines are faulty and that they'd call back... it never happened. whatever happened to people actually earning their money??? taking money you've not worked for is another form of looting...
