Great offices, clean and neat. Very unfriendly old white staff, attitude to the brim, both of them in the electricity sales area. I would never go there ever again.

Staff lovely. Very helpful. I would have appreciated a ramp to get onto pavement. Step up and down was difficult for me on crutches.

Good afternoon I was at Goodwood municipality day 1 the lady that help me was very good explain everything + gave me dates when to take water meter reading then she will forward it to her I say THANKS. A+++ day 2 CCT sent me water bill it was very high I went back counter number 2 was open the lady explained to me why bill is so high she gave me a complete account display basic list print out from the 3-11-2017 till date 3-7-2018 to her I say THANKING Y0U VERY MUCH A++++ I will always recommended people to go to Goodwood municipality THE BEST

I did some electric work at this place but loose connections in distribution board caused main too trip out.the fire siren alarm loud.move to yo nearest exit....it took staff more that 30mins for every1 to b at a safe plac

I called municipality on 31 January 2019 to have trees cut/trimmed/prunned, it will take 7-14 day. Another called 14 February 2019, only to be told 14-28 days. Called 27 February 2019 only follow up 1-3 months waiting period....really!!! to have trees trimmed/prunned as it on council property. This is affecting traffic in my road. As my neighbours have complained. Poor, pathetic service....I give up!!!!

Its not my most favourite place to go as I think most of the time I am at fault BUT when I do go for queries or information the ladies behind the counter's are always helpful and very friendly...

Very very disappointing. I haven't received a utility bill from the very first time SA went into lock down due to the Covid virus. Only two till points were opened to assist customers and both were very slow. I questioned as to why am I not receiving my bill, can u believe it I am always informed that it was posted but the Postal service is to blame. Why must I as a Rate payer always go to Goodwood Municipality and stand in a queue for them to give me the same lame excuse and stwait for them to print my doc. The person in charge must get his/her act together in providing a service.
