Managed to get a last min booking & hair wash was great but the stylist I had made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Constantly distracted & criticised my hair every 5 minutes. She used the straightener on my fringe which was too hot & blow dried it out to hide it. And I left with my hair still feeling damp underneath.

I had a wonderful experience with Gerhard who did balayage on my already highlighted hair that needed a colour correction. He was very friendly, easy going and is simply a great stylist. Will definitely be back!

So disgusted with the service i got from those people. Went and did my hair in my lunchtime for a wash, blow and flat iron. The guy that blew out my hair literally treated me like i was nothing. I explained how i wanted my hair he disregarded everything and made me look funny. Even i do my hair so much better than he did. I dont want to sound racist but the white people got star treatent while my hair was pulled and his attitude sucked. I went at 2.15 on Friday.

Carlton Constantia is the best. The stylists are top notch and it’s a positive vibes atmosphere. Sumaiya had done wonders with colouring and cutting (and on occasion, rescuing ☺️) my hair!

Sabrina from the blow dry bar is the best at styling my hair. Never have I ever had my hair done so well and it stays clean for so long. She is friendly and adviced me well on my naturally dry sculp. She did a great treatment for it and for my hair.Another stylist cut my hair and it's grown so fast.The Carlton service is beyond what you pay for, I will never have my hair done anywhere else. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been in a long time.

Was not impressed with the “Stylist” I had today but every other blow dry bar girl I have had at different locations have always been great. This lady was just not up to par for the extra R50 compared to the regular blow bar girls who are more becoming and professional. She was a big disappointment on the end results! And burned me a few times without apologizing. In my opinion the blow bar girls don’t get enough credit for their meticulous results! Also, reception is pretty put together and nice too.
