Was an absolute pleasure booking with Xtreme Car Rental. Effortless experience booking on WhatsApp with exceptional customer service. Loved the option of being able to use a debit card and only paying when receiving the vehicle. Deposit was refunded timeously. Agent was punctual and very helpful. Vehicle was immaculate. Will definitely use them in the future. Keep up the excellent service!

Excellent service from beginning to end. Clear communication, efficient process and honorable with their terms and conditions. Abie was a pleasure to deal with as well as the people who met me at Cape Town Airport on both occasions. Very polite staff. Don't waste your time with big corporate companies. These guys are better. Trust me.

Excellent experience, much better rates compared to other rental car hire, easy to hire over whatsapp, received a call when we landed in Capetown, easy pick up and drop off, made payment when you receive the vehicle. Vehicle was in excellent condition and I received my deposit back after 5 days.

Very disappointing experience.Car received with no oil in and i had to pay for its oil. Xtreme car rentals did not refund me for this and didn't even mention it to me despite me letting their staff know.I almost missed my flight because they were 30 minutes late to collect the car. Telling the staff about drop off times on the phone doesn't help the message get through. Very amateur service all round

I have used xtreme car rental twice now, in JHB and in Cape Town and both experiences were great! Great service from the Cape town team, Carl and the guys were really helpful and friendly.The booking process is more manual, but their prices can’t be beat and it’s a lot more pleasant working with a local team, giving you peace of mind that you’re taken care of as a customer and know exactly what’s going on!Highly recommended!

These guys are on top of their game. We rented a picanto for a week. The fees were very reasonable and every process was done smoothly. The car was in a very good shape and never experienced any issues. The refund was made in full and within 7 working days. I rented with them because of good reviews I’ve seen here, I experienced the best service and will def recommend them.

After searching many rentals. All the other big rental companies prices was ridiculously expensive and the reviews was not great! Manager to get Xtreme and process was great. They dropped off day at Or Tambo and collected it. Car was great and communication was great. Thank you for your service it was also our first time renting. The guy who dropped off was extremely polite as well. Well done guys

What a great experience from start to finish. Abie and his colleagues are the best and I feel like I made a new set of friends. From initial communication and booking to the fantastic car I was given, this was flawless service by kind and competent people at a very fair price.
