Asked them to monitor an antique mantle clock as it stops after a couple of hours of running. Asked them to have it done by a certain day, called on the day, they said the would phone me back but never did, next day I drove through, nobody could tell me if anyone worked on the clock, nothing was written on the job card and my assumption was nobody did anything. Clock in same condition as it was. Useless really, waste of time. Pun intended.

Very poor customer service. Bad attitude. Months have past and the reason my grandfather clock was taken in for repair, is still a problem. My clock was fetched today by a friend as I had an operation. Chains fell out and the Big Ben chime is not repaired as requested. This was never communicated to me and then when I, with difficulty had my friend take me in, the problem was projected on me saying that is why they charge an additional R980 to deliver the clock. This also was never before communicated with me before. Extremely expensive for unsatisfactory poor work. Absolutely poor customer service!!! Beyond disappointed - Rate MINUS 5
